What hair colors to use for blonde blue-eyed girl?

Okay, I want to get my hair cut "scene" and first off im not sure if it will need hair colors to make it scene or not. Also, If I do need coloring, Im not sure which colors will look good on a blonde-haired girl with blue eyes. Thank you! Im talking like color colors - not normal hair colors like brown and black.

1. I think purple or teal streaks coming from beneath your hair would look sweet. I'm not sure how to describe it.. Like, the top part of your hair would be blonde and blonde only. You know when people get extensions, they glue the hair on the bottom hairline beneath all your hair? Well that's where the streaks would be coming out of.
